3. Do you provide spares and repairs?Yes! We offer spare parts and repairs for all products. Repairs are carried out by the manufactrers in Auckland. Visit the Spares and Repairs page for mroe info.
4. Can I get a free quote for my project?Absolutely! We provide free, no-obligation quotes for new Sound Field Systems and accessories, repairs, or installations. Email us at andy@dynamicsound.co.nz with your requirements, and we’ll respond quickly.

What is an existing system assessment?In Wellington: Please contact us and we will come to your site to assess your existing Sound Field Equipment.A written report and obligation free quote will then be provided. This is a free service. Rest of NZ: Please contact us to arrange sending faulty equipment to us for assessment. A written report and obligation free quote will then be provided. This is a free service, with the client responsible for all shipping costs.
6. Do you handle installations?Yes, we specialize in professional installation of Sound Field Systems. In Wellington installation is currently a free service. In the rest of NZ installation is DIY, following product instructions and instructions on our Installation page.
7. How can I order spares or accessories?Browse our product page, then contact us to discuss your needs. A free quote will then be sent out by email or post.On acceptance of quote an invoice will be issued, and goods will be shipped.
8. Are your new systems covered by a warranty?All new Sound Field Systems and accessories from Dynamic Sound Field Solutions come with a manufacturer’s warranty. Warranty terms vary by product. See details on our product page. Phonak manufactured products come with a three year limited manufacturers warranty, and non-phonak products (some cables, chargers etc) come with a one year limited manufacturers warranty.
